Brand Studio (/tools/brand-studio, in the Tool library under Design, video & audio) makes every everyday piece a business needs in one consistent look: business cards, letterhead, envelopes, postcards, flyers, tri-fold brochures, rack cards, menus, yard signs, social covers and posts, display ads, a website banner, an email header, a title slide, a QR code card and an email signature. It starts from the brand you already have (your Brand Kit, a logo, old materials or your website), or one you set up here. It is one screen: your brand and the checklist on the left, the designs in the middle, the chat and style on the right, downloads along the bottom. On a phone the Brand, Designs and Chat buttons at the bottom switch between them.
Open Brand Studio →The first screen shows a finished set for an invented bakery, drawn live: cards front and back, a flyer, an Instagram post, a postcard, a Facebook cover and an email header. Try it with this sample opens that set in the workspace so you can switch layouts, ask for changes and download it; its words are already written, so making it uses no tokens. Start with my brand (Start from my Brand Kit when you have one) opens an empty set with your Brand Kit's logo, colors and fonts already in. Your sets lists the sets you saved. Each set has its own address (?set=), and an open design adds ?d=, so a link opens exactly that design.
Read my brand takes pictures (your logo, an old flyer, card or sign), up to two PDFs of 2 MB each, and your website address, together with your Brand Kit. It reads the colors, the closest fonts from the 28 the designs use, the style, the photo style, the tone and your business details as written in them (it never makes up a phone number, address or person), and fills Your brand look and Business info; it fills only details you have not typed yourself. It uses about 6 tokens; if part could not be read, a Not done yet note says what to do instead.
Photos also come from From Library (pick any pictures in your Graphics Library), Make a picture (an on-brand picture from a description that already carries your photo style, 5 tokens, saved to your Library), and Cut out on any photo (removes the background through Magic Canvas's photo service and saves the cut-out). Photo Studio opens for retouching or restyling a photo.
Logos: the first logo is the one the designs use; Use moves another one first, × removes one, and + uploads a new one (saved to your Graphics Library so the designs open anywhere). Logos you saved from Logo Kit show as one-click buttons. Tick My logo already shows the business name and the name isn't repeated next to it. Photos: + uploads photos (also saved to your Library); the Full color and Light and airy layouts use them, and Use photos in the designs turns them off.
Business info holds your name, tagline, what you do, your name and title (for cards and the signature), phone, email, website, address, hours, services (one per line) and a current offer. They go on the designs exactly as typed. When Menus is ticked, a Menu items box appears: type each item with its note and price.
Make is the checklist, grouped into Print, Online and Everyday. Tick a product and its sizes appear as chips (for example Facebook cover, LinkedIn page banner and X header for social covers); press a chip to add or remove that size. Print sizes, bleed and safe margins are Printer's Helper's own. Make my set writes the words for the whole set once (about 3 tokens; a remake uses the quicker writer) and draws every design; the line under the button counts the designs. If the business name is missing it takes you to Business info first.
The middle shows every design of the set; the chips on top filter to one product. With a product picked, Layout switches it between its families, Shuffle picks another, and Compare all shows every family side by side. A card shows its Brand check score, Not done yet when something did not fit (for example the offer on a small ad) and Changed when a chat request changed that one design. Designs draw as they form while the set is being made.
Press a card to open it large, with the same layout switch, any Not done yet note, the change you asked for on it with Undo this change, and the thumbs to rate it (thumbs down asks what went wrong and can send your words to the chat). The email signature also has Copy signature, which copies it ready to paste into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.
Promo pieces (cards' fronts, postcards, flyers, rack cards, signs, social covers and posts, ads, banners, email headers and title slides) come in eight layout families: Signature band, Full color, Light and airy, Photo hero, Big type, Diagonal split, Spotlight and Ribbon. Card backs, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, menus, QR cards and the signature have three. A new set starts with different families on different products so it does not look like one template. Shuffle (on a product or an open design) picks another family for that product; Surprise me above the designs gives the whole set a new mix, using every family before repeating one.
Brand check scores every design from 0 to 100 on five checks: Easy to read (no line under 7 pt in print, 6 pt on cards and envelopes, 11 px online), Contrast (WCAG AA, and a warning when words sit right on a photo), Print safe (words inside the safe area, color into the bleed), On brand (your fonts; a change by request that brought in another font is flagged) and Nothing left out. The set's score is the average. The chip above the designs opens the list, weakest first; each issue has a fix: Use the best layout (switches that product to the family that scores best), Add the details (opens Business info) or Undo that change. Each card shows its own score, and pressing a design's name opens it.
Campaign pack (top bar) makes a matching set for a Sale or promotion, Grand opening, Holiday hours, Seasonal menu or collection, Event or class, or New product or service. Type the details (Use the example fills one in); dates, offers and prices are used exactly as you write them. It writes the words for the campaign (about 3 tokens) and opens a new set with the products that campaign needs; your current set stays in My sets.
Language makes a copy of the set with every word translated (about 1 token): same look and layouts, with names, phone numbers, addresses and prices kept. It works for languages written in the Latin alphabet; others are listed as coming later because the design fonts don't cover them yet. My sets → Save this as a template keeps the look with its products, sizes and layouts (not the words); Start from a template opens a new set from it, and × deletes a template.
Chat takes any change in your own words. With a design open, it changes that design ("bigger logo", "move the phone number up"); with none open, or after whole set instead, it can change the whole set ("use serif headings", "make everything warmer"). Whole-set changes adjust the look or the words and every design redraws; changes to one design are made on its layers, up to 8 designs per request. Add a photo attaches a photo (saved to your Library) so you can say "use this photo on the flyer". Each request uses about 2 tokens plus 2 for each design it changes, and the answer lists what was done and, first, anything not done.
Style shows Your brand look and lets you set it by hand: five style directions (Modern, Classic, Bold, Minimal, Playful) with Use this style's fonts, the Main, Accent, Text and Background colors, heading and text fonts, Headings in capitals, Logo size (60% to 160%), the tone of the words and the photo style. Every change redraws the set at once and is saved with it.
Download set (ZIP) makes everything: print PDFs per side and both sides with a proof PNG each, PNG and JPG of every online size, the email signature as HTML with its logo as a PNG, and brand-look.txt with your colors, fonts and words. With a design open, the buttons download just that one: Print PDF (one file per side plus both sides, with a check of size, bleed and boxes), PNG, JPG, SVG or HTML. Boxes picks Full sheet (every PDF box at the sheet with bleed, what 4over and aiKit's templates expect) or Standard trim. Printer's Helper check sends the print PDF to Printer's Helper's code-only file check (no tokens).
Magic Canvas opens the design with every layer editable; Pro Designer opens it after saving it to your Library; Library saves the open design, or the whole set when none is open, under Brand Studio in your Graphics Library. What's next? offers a mockup, an email, an animation and Printer's Helper, and Save this look to your Brand Kit writes the set's colors, fonts, picture style and uploaded logos into your Brand Kit. Share for approval turns the set (the layouts you picked, a page per design) into a Customer Proof and opens it in Customer Proofs, where Send asks your client or team for comments and approval; nothing is sent until you press Send there. Send to print (on an open print piece) asks for the quantity, paper and any note, saves the print PDF to your Library and opens Printer's Helper with the file and those specs in the box; nothing runs or is ordered until you press Start there. Connect saves a webhook address: when a set is made, its name, products, sizes and link are sent as JSON signed with your secret (X-aiKit-Signature, HMAC-SHA256), with Send a test; the secret is shown once. AI assistants on the aiKit connector can list your sets with list_brand_sets.
