Pricing questions, answered

Is aiKit really free to start?
Yes. A free account needs no card and opens every AI tool. It comes with 300 tokens a month, shared by all the tools, plus one voice of your own. Free songs are 15-second clips, 2 song clicks a month. When you want more, pick a plan.
What is a token?
A token is aiKit's one unit for AI work. Making a picture, a song, a video clip, a voice-over or a website change uses tokens, and the button shows the number before you press it. Opening tools, saving, downloading, hosting and everyday clicks use none.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
The AI pauses until your tokens renew next month, and nothing is ever charged without you choosing it. You can move up a plan any time, or ask for a token pack from $10 (500 tokens) from the Tokens & usage page.
Why is there a daily limit as well?
Each plan also has a daily share of its tokens, about a fifth of the month on paid plans. It stops one busy day, or a mistake, from using up the whole month. Your daily and monthly balances are always shown in Tokens & usage.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No. Each month starts fresh with your plan's tokens, and they renew on your billing day.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Billing. When you move up, the new plan starts right away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. When you move down, it takes effect when your current month ends, so you keep what you paid for. You can cancel any time.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card at a secure checkout inside your account. Your card details go straight to the payment processor and are never stored on aiKit's servers.
Why do I have to confirm my email?
Free accounts confirm their email before the AI runs. It keeps fake sign-ups from using up tokens. We email you a link when you sign up, and the app has a button to send it again.
What do I get with more voices of my own?
Voice Kit can make an AI voice that sounds like you, from a recording you make and agree to. Free accounts keep 1, paid plans keep 2, and Business and Agency keep 5. Only you can use your voice.
Is Music Maker the main thing aiKit does?
No. Songs are one tool among many. aiKit also makes pictures, video, voice-overs, print files, quotes, proofs, emails and websites, and the tools hand work to each other. Every plan includes all of them.
