These terms cover using aiKit to draft, preview, and publish a project. By creating an account or publishing a project, you’re agreeing to them. Read our Privacy Policy too — it covers what we collect and why.

What aiKit is

aiKit helps you describe a website, admin tool, or app in plain language and generates a working draft you can review, edit, and publish to a public link. Generated content — copy, sample data, and images — is a starting point. You’re responsible for reviewing anything you publish before real customers, patients, or the public see it, especially anything presented as a real fact, price, credential, or legal statement. Sections flagged as sample content are exactly that: placeholders, not verified claims.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

What you publish

You own the content you write and upload. By publishing a project, you’re telling us you have the right to use whatever you upload (text, images, logos) and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law. A published project gets a public link that anyone with it can view — don’t publish anything you need to keep private.

We can take down published content that violates these terms, is illegal, or is abusive — we’ll always try to tell you why.

Feedback left on your published project

When you publish a project, anyone with the link can leave feedback through the on-page widget — a name they type (unverified) and a message. That feedback is visible to you in your aiKit workspace so you can act on it. Don’t use this feature to collect information you shouldn’t be collecting from your own visitors under whatever laws apply to your business.

Fair use

aiKit is metered on the back end to keep it usable for everyone — we may slow down or pause requests from an account or session generating an unusual volume of activity in a short time. This is an abuse guardrail, not a hidden paywall; we’ll always tell you plainly when a limit is the reason something didn’t go through.

The free preview

Projects you build and publish today are free to preview. We intend to introduce paid plans for projects that stay live past an initial preview window; when that takes effect for real, we’ll announce it clearly and it will not retroactively apply to a project without telling you first.

No warranty

aiKit is provided as-is. We work to make the output good and to be honest when it isn’t (see our standing practice of flagging sample content rather than presenting it as real) — but we don’t guarantee generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for a specific purpose, including legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical use. Review anything generated before you rely on it.

Ending your account

You can stop using aiKit at any time. To close your account and have your data deleted, email us — see the contact address below. There is not yet a self-service delete button; we handle deletion requests by hand until there is.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
