Your reports (Settings → Your reports, or the See your report button after sending) lists every report you sent, newest first, each with its number, your words, and a status. Open one to see what you sent, your screenshot, and four progress steps at the top: Received, Being fixed, Live, please check, and Fixed, with a line under them saying what's happening now (for example “Work started 6 min ago”). Every new report goes to aiKit's automatic fixer by itself within a few minutes; nobody has to press anything. The page updates by itself while the work is going on. When it reaches Live, please check, try it and say whether it works now. If someone on the aiKit team wrote back, their reply shows under Our reply. You only ever see your own reports. Every status change you'd notice and every reply also reaches you: on the bell when you're signed in, and by email according to your choice for Your problem reports in Settings → Notifications.

Every new report goes to the auto-fixer by itself within a few minutes; there's nothing to press. The Auto-fix card shows where it stands: In line, Being fixed (with how long ago it started), Live and waiting for the reporter to check, or Fixed. The page refreshes itself every 15 seconds while a report is in line or being fixed.

Tries lists every attempt with its time and how it ended: Working, Shipped, Asked a question, Stopped and handed back, or Timed out. The fixer's last note says what it found or why it stopped. When it hands a report back, it rests for 6 hours before the fixer tries again by itself; press Try again to start it right away, with an optional note on what to do differently.

When the fix is live, the reporter is asked to check it. Mark fixed closes it yourself, Reopen sends it back with your note, and Won't fix closes it without a change.
