You set it up with plain forms and switches: services with length, price and extras, weekly hours with breaks, closed days, buffers between appointments, team members and their days, and group classes with seats. Customers pick a time from your real open times on a three-step page and get their own link to change or cancel. You run the day in the Bookings tool's calendar, and get a booking link, a QR code and a calendar feed for Google, Apple or Outlook.

The quote request module on an aiKit website gives visitors a quote page built from your own services and urgency choices. They describe the job and can attach up to 4 photos, which the form shrinks on the phone before sending. Each request lands on the project's Requests tab with the photos as thumbnails, the contact details, the service, how soon they need it and the address if you ask for it. You hear about it at once on the bell, and by email if you choose, and you track it from New to Contacted, Won or Closed. In Quote Studio, From a request starts a quote with everything filled in.

Yes, with the Send us your file module. Customers send up to 3 files at once, 4 MB together, as PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF or PSD, and say what each file is and what it's for. For larger files the page points them to your email or phone. Each send lands on the Requests tab marked File received, and only the owner, staff and admins can download it. Every print file is checked automatically as it arrives for size, bleed, resolution, fonts and color, and Fix it in Prepress Studio opens it ready to fix.

Yes. Each website keeps its own copy of a module, so changing one site never changes another. Ask the project's Assistant in plain words, such as "add tree removal to the services on the quote form," and the change is saved as a version you can restore; on a live site it waits as a draft until you publish. Modules with their own settings change there too: the Bookings tool's Settings, for example, sets services, hours and your look, and the booking page uses them as soon as you save.

Open the project's Kit tab and press Add a tool to this site, or ask the project's Assistant for it in plain words, such as "add online booking." You can also open a module in the Tool library, look at the real page your customers would get, filled in with an invented sample business, and press Add to a project. Modules are tested templates, set up from your business's own services, hours and contact details in the project brief, so the AI never has to invent a form.

Every entry from an aiKit module lands on the project's Requests tab, newest first: quote requests, messages, bookings, sign-ups and files, each tagged so you see what kind it is. The owner and staff hear about each one at once on the bell, and by email by each person's choice, with a link straight to that request. Each one has a status and a private team note. With Copy client link, your client can see the same requests on a page protected by the project's access code, without your private notes.

Press Check it works on the module's card on the project's Kit tab. aiKit sends one test entry through that module's real form on your live site, exactly as a visitor's browser would, and shows Tested and working with the time, or a plain sentence saying what failed. The test entry is marked Test and hidden unless you choose Show test entries. It never counts as a new request, never holds a booking slot, never shows on your client's page, and never sends an email or notification.

Yes. The reviews showcase module puts a reviews wall on your aiKit website, filled with the reviews and photos you publish from aiKit's Reviews tool. It shows your replies, an average that counts every real review, a photo and video gallery with a full-size viewer, and your Google review link for every visitor. It updates within a minute of each publish, with no rebuild, newest first and never sorted by rating. It shows only reviews collected through your aiKit review pages, not copies from other sites.

Yes. The lead capture module gives your aiKit website a sign-up page with a required consent checkbox in your own words, so every sign-up is recorded with consent. If you have a free guide or offer, it can hand over the download on the thank-you screen; the offer comes only from your brief and is never invented. Each sign-up lands on the Requests tab with a Lead badge. The module collects the sign-ups, and you write to people from your own email tool.

Yes, with the quote builder module. In four short steps, visitors choose a product, a quantity, options and turnaround from your own list, so requests arrive complete. When you enter prices, they see an estimated price range; with no prices entered, it never shows a number. Each request lands on the Requests tab with every choice and the estimate they saw, and you confirm the exact price yourself. It suits businesses with set products and price breaks, such as print and signs.
