What you need
- Your price list as a CSV or .xlsx spreadsheet, or prices you can type or paste
- Your company details and logo for the quote header
- A customer request: an email, a spec sheet, notes, or a photo of a handwritten list
- A free aiKit account
Steps
Set up your company
Open Quote Studio. Quote from picks the company the quote comes from; Edit company holds the logo, address, phone, terms, How to pay line and quote numbering. One account can hold several companies, each with its own numbers and terms.
Quote Studio →Teach it your price list
Open Prices & rules and press Teach it, then the Spreadsheet tab. Choose your CSV or .xlsx file; it is read on your own computer with no AI, so numbers stay exact. Under each column, say what it holds: product name, size or option, list price, your cost, or a price at a quantity.
Quote Studio →Review and accept what it found
Show what would change compares the sheet with what you already have. Each new product, price change or volume price is a proposal with Accept and Skip. Nothing is used until you accept it and press Save changes.
Quote Studio →Paste the request and make the quote
On the quote screen, paste the customer's email into Scope of work & specs, say it with the microphone, or use Add a file for a PDF, picture, Word file or saved email. Add anything special in Your prices / notes. Press Make the quote, and the finished quote appears beside the form, laid out exactly like the PDF.
Quote Studio →Fill gaps and check the assumptions
A line with no known price shows Price needed; click it and type the price. Check these lists any question and every assumption it made. A quote stays unsent until every line marked Price needed has a price, so nothing leaves with a guess on it.
Quote Studio →Change it by clicking or in your words
Click any line to change it, or type in Change this quote in your words, such as split line 2 into 300 and 200 or make the note friendlier. More options adds a discount, sales tax, a deposit percent, or Good, Better, Best choices the customer picks from.
Quote Studio →Send it and follow up
Download PDF, Copy link, or press Send… to email it from aiKit and set a follow-up. The live page lets your customer pick an option, accept with their typed name, or ask a question, and you see when it was opened and accepted.

Tips
- Keep one row per product and size in your spreadsheet, with quantity breaks in their own columns (like 10+ or 25+). Clean columns mean fewer proposals to fix.
- Put your cost in the sheet too. It stays private under Only you see this and lets you catch a quote that is priced too thin before it goes out.
- Offer two or three options instead of one. A Good, Better, Best quote gives the customer a choice between your options rather than a yes or no.
- Set Quotes are good for to a real number of days so the customer has a reason to decide, and set a follow-up date when you send.
- Write your standard terms once in Edit company so every quote carries them without retyping.
