What you need
- A sharp photo of the product, shot from the angle you want in the final picture
- A free aiKit account
- Optional: your brand colors and picture style in Brand Kit, which Photo Studio's scene ideas follow
Steps
Start with Your product
Open Photo Studio and pick the Your product tab. Drop in your product photo. Photo Studio looks at it and suggests 10 scenes to press, from clean studio shots to lifestyle, premium ad looks and seasonal settings, or you type your own scene.
Photo Studio →Keep the product exactly as it is
Under the photo, leave Your product in the picture on Keep it exactly (the default). Your real product is cut out of its photo and placed into the new scene with a soft shadow; the weave, colors, label and printed words are your photo's own. A pure white background is made without a picture model at all.
Photo Studio →Describe placement and pick a look
Add words for placement, like on the left, small with room for text, or close-up. In the looks panel, the Industry packs include ready-made scenes for products and online stores, and you can add a Lighting or Camera & shot look. With no style picked, the result is a real photo.
Photo Studio →Choose the size and how many
In Size + settings, pick Square for listings and feeds, Portrait 4:5 for social posts, or Story 9:16. Pictures are trimmed to exactly that shape. Choose 1 to 8 pictures at once; the Make button shows the cost before you press it.
Photo Studio →Refine the best ones
Open a picture to see it large. More like this makes new scenes around the same real product, and Change it takes a plain-words change such as add a sprig of rosemary or make the table darker wood. The product itself is never repainted.
Photo Studio →Upscale for print and big screens
Upscale makes a bigger, sharper copy: 2x free on your own computer, 4x Print-sharp on every plan, and 6x or 8x on paid plans. Each choice tells you the exact pixel size it will make.
Photo Studio →Retouch, add text, or put it to work
Every picture saves to your Graphics Library. Send to opens it in Pro Designer to retouch or add text, Mockup Studio, Magic Canvas for a sale graphic, or Video Kit and Motion Maker for a product video.

Tips
- Shoot the source photo in soft, even daylight on a plain background, with the whole product in frame and in focus. The product keeps the angle it was photographed from, so a shot from above makes a scene seen from above.
- Use the same background and lighting across a whole collection. A consistent grid looks more trustworthy than a mix of styles.
- Keep at least one plain white or light background shot per product. Many marketplaces want it as the main image, and it loads cleanly on any page.
- Use Keep it exactly for anything you sell. Let AI restyle it can change small details like labels or weave, which is fine for mood images but not for the photo a buyer relies on.
- Write alt text that names the product, its color and what it is used for, so shoppers using screen readers and search engines understand the picture.
